Legal information

Juvisé Pharmaceuticals, the data controller, collects your data for the purposes of managing requests and more specifically for pharmacovigilance for products for which it holds marketing authorisations and for its legitimate interest in responding to the requests.

Fields in the form marked with an asterisk must be completed. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your request.

Your personal data is collected directly from you and only persons involved in the processing of pharmacovigilance, contact requests or in charge of recruitment have access to your information. We inform you that your data will be kept for a period of two years from our last contact and then deleted, except in the case of pharmacovigilance where they are kept for ten years from the end of the validity of the marketing authorisation concerned.

When you report a pharmacovigilance case, and you are the person concerned by the adverse reaction, we inform you that we can proceed to a lifting of identity.

In addition, we inform you that the pharmacovigilance reports made may be transmitted for administrative reasons to third parties outside the European Economic Area, in compliance with the appropriate safety conditions.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
