4.1 Juvisé Pharmaceuticals will not disclose to third parties any personal data about you that you may communicate to us by e-mail.

4.3 Use of DocCheck to access prescription only information

You can log in to the Site using a DocCheck” account to access the non-public area reserved for healthcare professionals.

In this context, your personal data is processed by DocCheck Medical Services GmbH, Vogelsanger Straße 66, D-50823 Cologne ( DocCheck”), as a separate and independent data controller. DocCheck remains solely responsible for the management and security of your DocCheck account.

Juvisé Pharmaceuticals uses DocCheck s services to verify that only authorised healthcare professionals have access to information about its prescription products, in accordance with its legal obligations prohibiting the advertising of certain medicines to the general public (Article L.5122-6 of the French Public Health Code).

In this context, Juvisé Pharmaceuticals only receives the following data from DocCheck:

• A pseudonymised identifier ( Unique Key ), which does not allow your direct identification but rather to recognise a returning user
• Aggregated and anonymised statistics regarding visits to the restricted area (e.g. distribution by profession, specialty, or region)

5. Limitations of liability

Juvisé Pharmaceuticals strives to ensure, to the best of its ability, that the information published on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. JuviséPharmaceuticals reserves the right to correct the  content of the Site at any time and without notice.
